These Terms of Service govern your use of the UpDock website (UpDockApp.com) and any versions of the UpDock software distributed through this website or the Apple Store. By purchasing, downloading, or using UpDock, you agree to these terms.

License

When you purchase any version UpDock, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with the license associated with your purchase. Ownership of the software remains with Ed Stockly Software.

Permitted Use

You may install and use UpDock only as permitted by your license. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or modify the software except where applicable law expressly permits.

Software Updates

Updates may be released from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add features. Some updates may be available only for certain editions of UpDock. Paid upgrades will be optional.

Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep downloads and services available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimer

UpDock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ed Stockly Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use UpDock.

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at updockapp.com.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience a problem, please contact us before requesting a refund. We're often able to resolve installation or licensing issues quickly.

Purchases Through Paddle

Purchases made through Paddle may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the request complies with Paddle's refund policies. Refund requests should be submitted by contacting us at the email address below.

Purchases Through the Mac App Store

Purchases made through Apple's Mac App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted directly through Apple.
